PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft structure of an electric oil pump capable of facilitating mounting of magnets onto a rotation axis ensuring the pump performance.SOLUTION: The shaft structure of the electric oil pump includes: a rotation axis 15 for transmitting a driving force to a pump unit; and a cylindrical magnet 32 which is magnetized in a polar anisotropy manner and is outer-inserted and held on the end 22 of the pump unit at the side opposite of the rotation axis 15. The end 22 of the rotation axis 15 is disposed in a state being retreated from an end 34 of a hole 33 of the magnet 32. The end of the rotation axis and the inner wall face 35 of the hole 33 of the magnet 32 form a concave part 36 which is filled with an adhesive 50.
