<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following the problem: heat radiation characteristics are improper because the state of only pressing a stator core into a case is susceptible to heat accumulation.SOLUTION: A brushless motor 1 includes a stator 9 that has a stator core 7 and a coil 8 wound around the stator core 7, and a conical case 2A that houses the stator 9. The stator core 7 has a configuration in which a plurality of magnetic steel sheets 71-75 different in outside diameter from one another are stacked. The stator core 7 is inserted into the conical case 2A, and a thermally-conductive adhesive is applied or infilled into spaces of the conical case 2A and the stator core 7 so that the stator core can be pressed, bonded and connected into the case.</p> |
