<p>The present invention provides a protective film attaching header and a protective film attaching device using the same to transport a protective film to attach the protective film to a circuit board. The protective film attaching header according to the present invention comprises: a body having a rectangular shape; a plurality of pads which are disposed to correspond to a boundary surface of the body and adsorb a supplied protective film; and a gap adjustment unit to adjust a separation distance of the plurality of pads disposed to correspond to the boundary surface of the body. A first insertion recess, a second insertion recess, a third insertion recess, and a fourth insertion recess are formed on the boundary surface of the body and intersect with each other. The plurality of pads are disposed on a lower portion of the gap adjustment unit. The protective film attaching header further comprises: a plurality of insertion frames inserted into the first to the fourth insertion recess; a plurality of connection frames to connect the plurality of insertion frames positioned accordingly; and a motor unit to provide power to slide and move the plurality of connection frames. Accordingly, sizes of the protective film attached to the circuit board and the circuit board can be measured after photographing to easily increase the size of the protective film to fit the size of the circuit board by using the gap adjustment unit. Since a means and a device for moving a cover lay camera to photograph the size of the protective film transported to an attaching table on which the circuit board is loaded are not needed, a structure of the protective film attaching device is simplified, and thus manufacturing costs of the protective film attaching device can be reduced.</p> |
