The present invention relates to a system for assisting communication for a hearing-impaired person enabling communication between a hearing-impaired person and a normal person that doesn′t know a sign language by conveniently providing voice information on the current situation and idea of a hearing-impaired person for a normal person. The system for assisting communication for a hearing-impaired person according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a voice service providing server extracting voice information matched with the situation information, selected by the hearing-impaired person, from at least one voice information on situation information, stored in advance, and providing the extracted voice information; and a disabled person terminal which selects situation information required by operation of the disabled person by being connected to the voice service providing server by operation of an automatic voice output application mounted thereon and receives and outputs the voice information on the situation information from the voice service providing server.
