<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for discriminating at a glance whether a grinding wheel is being rotated or stopped. <P>SOLUTION: A grinding device comprises: a wheel mount 23 to be fixed to the tip 21s (the bottom end) of a spindle, which tip is exposed from a spindle housing 20; and the grinding wheel 24 fit to the wheel mount 23. A striped pattern comprising hatchings 33A, 33AC and 33E, each of which has a crossing with the rotative direction of the spindle 21, is displayed on the outer peripheral side face 21c of the tip 21s of the spindle and the outer peripheral side face 23c and the upper surface 23d of the wheel mount 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
