<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of preventing or restraining locking of valve operation caused by intrusion of foreign matter contained in fluid into a sliding part.SOLUTION: A control valve according to an embodiment of this invention includes a valve element 33 coming into contact with and releasing from a valve hole 18 so as to open and close a valve part, an operation rod 50 having the valve element 33 integrally provided therewith and supported to be slidable to a guide hole 26, and an actuator capable of imparting driving force in an opening and closing direction of the valve part to the operation rod 50. Coating by a material softener than metal is applied to a sliding surface of the operation rod 50 with the guide hole 26. The following relationship is established when the difference between a radius R of the guide hole 26 and a radius r of the operation rod 50 is s and a thickness of a coating film 100 is t; s/2≤t<s.</p> |
