The present invention relates to a Tteokbokki sauce containing turmeric, a producing method thereof, a novel Tteokbokki for ameliorating atopy using the same, and a producing method thereof. According to the present invention, the producing method of the Tteokbokki sauce comprises the following steps: blending 340-360 parts by weight of dried red pepper powder, 95-105 parts by weight of red pepper paste, and 290-310 parts by weight of starch syrup in a container; adding and blending 95-105 parts by weight of Mirim, 45-55 parts by weight of salt, and 100 parts by weight of turmeric; and adding and blending 95-105 parts by weight of Cheongyang chili peppers and 290-310 parts by weight of water. In addition, the Tteokbokki is prepared by mixing bar rice cakes and the sauce. |
