<p>The present invention is to provide a punching device for improving the surface roughness, and a pattern processed by using the same. The punching device for improving the surface roughness is configured to punch a processing pin in the vertical direction while horizontally moving the processing pin, and to form a pattern having a plurality of dots on the surface of an object. Therefore, the present invention can: form a variety of pattern shapes while minimizing deformation of the object; minimize wear due to friction; and facilitate maintenance and repair. A dot punching device of the present invention forms a predetermined pattern composed of a plurality of dots on the surrounding surfaces of a discharge port and an intake port of a valve plate for a compressor. The dot punching device comprises: a mounting jig which is mounted on a base frame, and in which the valve plate is arranged on an upper portion thereof; a fixing jig which attaches and fixates the valve plate disposed on the mounting jig to the mounting jig; and a processing unit which forms a pattern by beating the surface of the valve plate while moving a carving pin in the horizontal and vertical directions at a constant speed.</p> |
