PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a panel by high-frequency fusion, and a panel manufactured by the method.SOLUTION: A fusion mold including an upper mold and a lower mold, having a recessed molding groove on one side, with a specific pattern formed on the inner face of the molding groove, is prepared. A high-frequency output part is connected for generation of high frequencies in the fusion mold. A raw material is inserted between the upper mold and the lower mold such that the specific pattern is formed on the outer surface with the molding groove. Subsequently, high frequencies are applied to the upper mold and the lower mold such that the raw material is subjected to high-frequency fusion by dielectric heating. The raw material is then heated to a temperature at the softening point, so that a desired shape can be obtained by plastic deformation. Three-dimensional shape can be expressed with a curved surface as well as a flat surface. Further, multi colors can be expressed with one light source, and gradation, graphics, and the like can be expressed. A stereoscopic effect on the surface and embossing can be also achieved. Furthermore, mass production may be achieved by a simple process at low cost. |
