<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve security and safety and enhance operation efficiency of an elevator by shortening door time. <P>SOLUTION: A door time shortening elevator controlling opening/closing of an elevator door by detecting incoming and outgoing passengers to shorten waste opening time includes: a car side door sensor 1a detecting incoming and outgoing passengers who come closer to the elevator door within a car 1; a multibeam door sensor 7 detecting incoming and outgoing passengers when the door is opened/closed; a landing side door sensor 8 detecting incoming and outgoing passengers near the door in a landing; and a load sensor 9 within the car 1. Based on output from the car side door sensor 1a, the multibeam door sensor 7 and the landing side door sensor 8, the door time which is time from completion of opening of the door until start of a closing operation is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
