Disclosed is an oil-water separating apparatus. The oil-water separating apparatus in the present invention comprises the following components: a tank where water is stored; a dividing part which divides an inner area of the tank into a first chamber and a second chamber; a washing water supply part which is connected to the first chamber and supplies the washing water thereto; a plurality of first panels which are formed slopewise upward from a wall surface of the tank in the first chamber and are installed separatedly from the dividing part; a plurality of second panels which are disposed between the first panels, installed separatedly from the wall surface of the tank, and formed slopewise downward from the inner surface of the tank in the dividing part, thereby allowing oil to stagnate on a bottom side; and a discharge hole part which is formed on a bottom side of the second panel in dividing part and allows the stagnant oil on the bottom side of the second panel to be discharged to the second chamber.
