Formwork element for floor box system

The present invention relates to a formwork element for a floor box system to create an opening towards a floor box while substrate material is provided around the floor box. The formwork element comprises a first part and a second part, wherein both parts comprise first and second connecting means for connecting the first part to the second part and wherein after connection the outside surface of the formwork element over the whole contour of the opening is formed. The present invention further relates to two identical parts connectable to each other to form the formwork element.
