In the present invention, there is disclosed a method for measuring electrical resistivity anisotropy of materials, wherein the method is characterized in that a pair of measuring electrodes (4) having an air gap (3) therebetween are applied to a measured material, and electrical resistance between the measuring electrodes (4) is measured. Subsequently, electrical resistivity of the measured material (1) surface is determined from the values being measured. A linear air gap (3) is created between the measuring electrodes (4) and electrical resistivity of the measured material (1) surface is determined in at least two different directions of the measuring electrodes (4) arrangement and anisotropy of the surface electrical resistivity of the measured material (1) is determined from values of the measure material (1) surface electrical resistivity as determined in different directions of the arrangement. Apparatus for measuring material electrical resistivity comprises means for defined assignment of a measured material (1) to measuring electrodes (4), which are mounted together rotatably about an axis (O) perpendicular to as plane of contact surfaces (40) of the measuring electrodes (4) to the measured material (1). The measuring electrodes (4) are connected with a power supply unit and to a measuring apparatus, optionally also with a recording and evaluating device. |
