<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element having excellent luminous efficiency and element life. <P>SOLUTION: In an anthracene compound where a phenyl group and a naphthyl group are bonded, respectively, to the ninth and tenth positions, a compound where a specific aryl substitutes, especially, for the seventh position of a naphthyl group (bonded to anthracene at the second position) is used as a material for the luminous layer thus manufacturing an organic electroluminescent element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
