<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer that can prevent dust from falling on a working space. <P>SOLUTION: The balancer 10 includes a wire 30 suspending an electric driver 130, and a balancer body 20 winding the wire 30, and the wire 30 is freely withdrawn or wound. The balancer also includes a lower cover 42 covering a lower part of the balancer body 20.
