摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a rise in power distribution line voltage which occurs when a photovoltaic power generation system is connected to a power distribution system, as well as reduce a frequency at which consequential power injection from the photovoltaic power generation system into the power distribution system is restricted. <P>SOLUTION: A power distribution line 6b connected to a CB 3b via an LRT 2 of a substation 1 has a section switch 7, an SVR 90 and a pole transformer 10a connected thereto, the pole transformer 10a having a low voltage distribution line 11a connected to the secondary side circuit thereof. A dwelling house 12c connected to the low voltage distribution line 11a has a photovoltaic power generation system constructed thereon, to which are connected a solar panel 13c and a PCS 14c to adjust the generated power of the solar panel 13c. Operation history information 21a of the PCS 14c is fed into a PCS operation condition input terminal 28 of a power distribution system monitoring control device 46 via a communication IF 20, and the voltage distribution of the power distribution line 6b is analyzed by a system analysis server 26. The voltage levels of the LRT 2, the SVR 90 and the pole transformer 10a are optimally determined on the basis of the result of voltage distribution analysis of the power distribution line 6b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
