<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a passenger who has made a reservation to surely get in a dispatched taxi by achieving intercommunication, telephone conversation, and visual confirmation between the passenger and a taxi driver using optimal media step by step from a vehicle dispatch request is made until the vehicle dispatch is determined and the passenger gets in a taxi. <P>SOLUTION: When a passenger makes a vehicle dispatch request to a center server by using a network access function from his or her own portable telephone terminal, the center server successively asks the crew terminals of taxis as vehicle dispatch candidates whether or not vehicle dispatch is possible, and when receiving the acceptance of the vehicle dispatch from any of the crew terminals, distributes map information covering the locations of the portable telephone terminal of the passenger and the crew terminal and the desired spot of the vehicle dispatch to the both passenger and crew, and then sets the line path of a telephone conversation line or data communication line between the portable telephone terminal of the passenger and the crew terminal to enable both the passenger and the crew to perform inter-terminal communication, and when the inter-terminal distance becomes very short, sets a passenger side display in a specific light emission blink state.
