<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain cleaning and recovery functions of an exhaust emission control device 50 when the exhaust emission control device 50 is spaced apart from an engine 70 in an exhaust emission control system for an engine-driven machine 220. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control system includes: the engine 70 that is mounted in the engine-driven machine 220; the exhaust emission control device 50 disposed in an exhaust gas line 77 of the engine 70; and at least one of an intake air throttle device 81 and an exhaust gas throttle device 82 disposed in an intake gas line 76 and the exhaust gas line 77 of the engine 70. An auxiliary recovery mode is executable, which rises an exhaust gas temperature from the engine 70 by actuating at least one of the throttle devices 81, 82. When the exhaust gas temperature in the exhaust emission control device 50 is equal to or less than a prescribed temperature TP0, the auxiliary recovery mode is executed, irrespective of the level of clogging of the exhaust emission control device 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
