Marker sequence comprises a cDNA sequence selected from sequences of (SEQ ID NOs: 1-174) or (SEQ ID NOs: 1a-174a). The marker sequence is applied to a solid support, particularly filter, membrane, magnetic or fluorophore-labeled beads, silicon wafer, glass, metal, plastic, chip, mass spectrometer target or a matrix for determining diseases. The determination is performed by in-vitro diagnostics. Sequences not defined here may be found at ftp://ftp.wipo.int/pub/published pct sequences/publication. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for diagnosing inflammatory prostate diseases and prostate gland carcinoma, which involves applying marker sequence on a solid support; and (2) a method for risk stratifying, particularly therapy controlling in a patient, which involves using marker sequence. |
