<p>Embodiments of the present invention relate to a call switching method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: according to a call task of a first entity calling a second entity and a received call answer sent by the second entity, determining, by a call switching apparatus, whether the call task is a bearer service and whether a type of the call task is a Call Mediation Node CMN call; when the call task is a non-bearer service and the type of the call task is a non-CMN call task, switching the call task from a non-CMN call to a CMN call, and using the CMN call to process the non-bearer service; and when the call task is a bearer service and the type of the call task is a CMN call task, switching the call task from a CMN call to a non-CMN call, and using the non-CMN call to process the bearer service. Therefore, the present invention implements dynamic control over a Media Gateway according to the call task of the first entity calling the second entity, thereby enabling a switching between a non-CMN media path and a CMN media path.</p> |
