<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an electronic authorization of drawing data at any given timing using actual seal impression data and provide the authorized drawing data with a high degree of evidentiality. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 3 requests a drawing management server 2 for drawing-data and displays, on a screen, design drawing data 4 overlapped with actual seal impression data that is already stamped, the seal impression data contained in design-drawing attribute information 6. A stamper specifies a stamping position on the screen to authorize the drawing data by means of electronic stamping. As authorization is carried out, the actual seal impression data is obtained to be added to additional attribute information 61 on the drawing management server 2. Then, post-addition design-drawing attribute information 6 and the design drawing data 4 are paired and signed, and further, a time stamp is given by requesting a time stamp server 8.
