<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill excellent in safety, capable of detecting temperature of a grill pan and detecting opening/closing of a grill door before the start of burning in the grill while the constitution is simple and mechanical malfunction hardly occurs. <P>SOLUTION: In the grill, the grill pan 37 is supported to a support body 25 which is operatively connected to the opening/closing of the grill door 31, and a grill pan temperature sensor 18 abutting to the rear end 37a side of the grill pan 37 for detecting the temperature of the grill pan is disposed in the rear of a grill compartment 30 movably in the longitudinal direction.
