) The utility model is related to the field of mechanical engineering and in particular to a pump unit. It can find an application everywhere in industry where there is a need for pumping liquids, for example in drilling for the extraction of liquid natural resources. It is particularly suitable to be utilized in the oil drilling industry, including in vertical, angled, and horizontal drilling. The pump unit includes sequentially mounted from top to bottom, submersible centrifugal pump (2), input module (3), protector (4), submersible electric motor (5), whereby the protector (4) contains a housing with an upper (15) and lower (16) heads with an upper (6) and lower (7) nipples. In the protector (4) are placed a shaft (14) with a piston and front support (10), containing two radial roller bearings (11, 12). The housing of the protector (4) contains two cylinders, respectively upper (17) and lower (18), with pistons (23, 24), whereby the cylinders are connected to each other with a socket (25), and between the two radial roller bearings (11, 12) of the front support (10) is mounted a multiline roller support bearing (13). The space above the piston of the upper cylinder (17) is intended for oil with high viscosity, inhibited with additives, and the lower cylinder (18) – for transformer oil. |
