The invention provides an exhaust processor capable of highly efficiently processing gas containing hydrogen and ammonia; the processor comprises the following elements: a first toxicity removing device (12) used for primary treatment of the gas containing hydrogen and ammonia; a second toxicity removing device (13) used for secondary toxicity removing treatment after the first toxicity removing device; a temperature detector (14) used for detecting the temperature of primary processed gas led out by the first toxicity removing device; a control part (15) used for reducing running temperature of the first toxicity removing device when the temperature of the primary processed gas detected by the temperature detector is higher than a preset target temperate (high temperature side set temperature), and for rising the running temperature of the first toxicity removing device when the temperature of the primary processed gas detected by the temperature detector is lower than a preset target temperate (low temperature side set temperature). |
