<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for approximately automatically treating enormous numbers of fertilized roes with a simple system having a reasonable construction cost for gene injection or the like, and additionally to provide the method using a water tank device for continuously treating many roes. <P>SOLUTION: Many water tank groups each having an independent drainage channel are sequentially illuminated at a prescribed interval. A roe-collecting case having a bottom net is set to the drainage channel connected to an illumination-started water tank group. The water tank group comprises a plurality of tank units each receiving fishes. Each book-like tank unit has a rectangular upper portion and a conical lower portion.
