<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for measuring causative parasites of white spot disease and a method for measuring the causative parasites for simply and precisely recognizing and digitalizing a generation state of the causative parasites of white spot disease by applying life history of the white spot disease even without having a professional technique or experience. <P>SOLUTION: A method for measuring a parasitic state of the causative parasites of white spot disease is characterized by: cleaning on the plate and flushing adhered dusts or the like by using the plate for measuring the number of cysts of the causative parasites of white spot disease, wherein a plurality of recessed parts having a pore size of 450-550μm for fixing the causative parasites of white spot disease in a cyst state on a planar plate; dyeing the causative parasites of white spot disease (cysts) forming cysts in a state to be housed in the recessed parts; and measuring the number of recessed parts (number of the cysts). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
