<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring outlet cap having a simple structure, allowing easy installation with a wire inserted therethrough, in a stable state at the installation position. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring outlet cap 1 that covers an outlet 110 of a cable 120 arranged in a carpet on a double floor 100 comprises a foot base 12 that is installed at a predetermined part of the outer circumference of the outlet 110 and has an introducing opening 13 through which the cable 120 drawn out from the outlet 110 is introduced, and a cover 14 that stands on the foot base to cover the outlet 110 while leaving a space and has an outlet opening 15 for drawing the cable 120 introduced from the introducing opening 13.
