The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a black garlic pill, which reduces a repulsive feeling of eating the garlic by preventing loss of effective components contained in garlic flavor while alleviating a strong flavor of garlic to reduce, and contains a large amount of components effective to a human body, and to a black garlic pill manufactured by the manufacturing method. The method for manufacturing a black garlic pill comprises the following steps: preparing black garlic by aging raw garlic while preventing loss of the effective components contained in the raw garlic; crushing the black garlic; mixing the crushed black garlic with black bean powders; kneading the mixture; and making the mixture as pills. The black garlic pill manufactured by the method of the present invention contains much more effective components of garlic in the pill since loss of the effective components is minimized in a process of preparing black garlic from raw garlic, and contains much less harmful components of garlic in the pill since salt thereof is removed. In addition, decomposition of the pill is delayed, thus the pill can be preserved for a long period of time. Moreover, as stimulation to stomach caused by components of garlic is inhibited, patients having weak stomach, young children, and elderly people can easily take the pill without a repulsive feeling. |
