The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing multi-functional composite yarns in a ring spinning machine by using a staple and two or more kinds of filaments. The method for manufacturing multi-functional composite yarns by using multi-filaments comprises: a providing step of individually providing the staple and two or more kinds of filaments; and a control step of individually controlling a position to which two or more kinds of filaments are supplied, according to a position from which the staple is released.
