<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of a vacant tape, ejected from a tape feeder, protruding to the top face side of a guide cover of a tape guide passage. <P>SOLUTION: An image recognition unit 22 capable of image recognition is disposed on an inspection area located in the protruding direction of a vacant tape 15 within the top face of a guide cover 21 i.e. a top face cover of a tape guide passage 16 to which the vacant tape 15 ejected from the tip of a tape feeder 12 is introduced. To inspect the protrusion of the vacant tape 15 to the top face side of the guide cover 21, a camera of a component mounting machine is moved upward of the inspection area within the top face of the guide cover 21 in which the image recognition unit 22 is located, so that the inspection area is imaged by the camera 19 from upward. By image processing, it is determined whether or not the image recognition unit 22 can be recognized in the inspection area image. If the image recognition unit 22 cannot be recognized, it is determined that there is a protrusion of the vacant tape 15 to the tip face side of the guide cover 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
