<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal processing oil agent capable of keeping enough lubricity without inhibiting a hydrophilic property of a surface for a metal material having a hydrophilic surface, and excellent in processability of the metal material.SOLUTION: A water-soluble metal processing oil agent is manufactured by blending following (A) component, (B) component, (C) component and (D) component with at least either of acid phosphate and phosphite ester. (A) carboxylic acid having 8 to 18 carbon atoms. (B) trialkanolamine. (C) a water-soluble polymer having a mass average molecular weight of 200 or more. (D) water.</p> |
