A device suitable for training in water, comprising at least one elastic 4 shell for gas, such as air, a valve 6 on the shell and a material 3 suitable for embracing the hand 2 or forearm 1 of the user. When in use, the elastic shell is located adjacent to the palm or inner side of the human hand or forearm. Preferably, the embracing material has a mitten like form and is made from the same material as the inflatable chamber. The embracing material may embrace the entire surface of the hand or hand and forearm with the fingers of the user serried together or may embrace each finger separately, so that it has a glove form. Preferably, the embracing material comprises fastenings, such as bands 7, clasps, fasteners, zippers 8, hasps, snaps and hooks. The shell may be formed of separate sections 5 or chambers. |
