<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroxyl radical-containing water supply apparatus capable of measuring hydroxyl radical concentration in produced hydroxyl radical-containing water with high precision.SOLUTION: A hydroxyl radical-containing water supply apparatus includes; producing means which produces and supplies hydroxyl radical-containing water by dissolving ozone, hydrogen peroxide, and an additive in pure water; quantification means which quantifies hydroxyl radical concentration by measuring light absorption characteristics of the produced hydroxyl radical-containing water; and concentration adjustment means which adjusts the hydroxyl radical concentration based on the quantification result. The producing means includes a hydrogen peroxide addition unit for adding hydrogen peroxide, and control provided by the concentration adjustment means includes adjusting the amount of hydrogen peroxide to be added based on the quantification result.</p> |
