摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine cylinder head cooling water passage structure for easily discharging air entering a dead end-like cooling water passage, without affecting an inclination of the whole cooling water passage of a cylinder head. <P>SOLUTION: Air remaining in the dead end-like cooling water passage 116 can be easily discharged by a ceiling surface 116a which is inclined with the cooling water outlet 114 located higher. After discharging the air, cooling water heated by the dead end-like cooling water passage 116 is lightened, moves up toward the ceiling surface 116a, and is guided toward the cooling water outlet 114by an inclination of the ceiling surface 116a. Thus, replacement of the cooling water in the dead end-like cooling water passage 116 is facilitated. A cooling water flow bypasses a straightening plate 114a, hardly directly flows in a cooling water outlet 114, and mainly flows in the dead end-like cooling water passage 116. Thus, a cooling water agitating flow in the dead end-like cooling water passage 116 is strengthened, and the action of discharging the air and the heated cooling water to the cooling water outlet 114 side is enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
