<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain misjudgment for associating an apparatus and an outlet. <P>SOLUTION: Load information acquisition means 1a acquires load information indicating a load of an apparatus in a predetermined period. Power information acquisition means 1b acquires power information indicating power supplied from each of plural outlets in the predetermined period. Calculation means 1d calculates, on the basis of the load information of the apparatus and the power information of at least one of the plural outlets, a correlation coefficient between the load of the apparatus and the power supplied from the outlet.
