The system (1) has a thermal solar sensor (5) placed at an interior of a housing (43) of a wall element (40) with an adsorption surface (7) on a connection surface (41) of the wall element. A heat transmitter (15) receiving coolant is connected to the thermal solar sensor and extended to another connection surface (42) of the wall element. The thermal solar sensor comprises a thermal energy storing unit (10) placed in the housing of the wall element in contact with a thermal conducting recovery line (9) of the thermal solar sensor opposite to the adsorption surface. The storage unit is a phase changing material layer.
