According to the present invention, an air conditioner comprises: a first space wherein an evaporator is placed; and a second space separated from the first space wherein a condenser is placed in the second space. Indoor and outdoor units are integrated to facilitate a carriage. The air conditioner improves the structure and arrangement of a heat exchanger to improve an efficiency of heat exchange, and can run a cooling mode and a dehumidification mode.
