<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a metal electrode pattern and an organic electroluminescence device including a metal electrode pattern. The method includes the following steps: providing a base member; forming a chromate layer on the upper part of the base member; forming a photoresist layer pattern on the upper part of the chromate layer; forming a metal electrode pattern on the chromate layer including the photoresist layer pattern; removing the photoresist layer pattern; forming a hardened polymer layer on the entire base member wherein the photoresist layer pattern has been removed and the metal electrode pattern is formed on the upper part of the chromate layer; and separating the hardened polymer layer from the base member, thereby replacing high-priced tin-doped indium oxide with a metal mesh pattern by forming the metal electrode pattern with either a first electrode or a second electrode which is disposed to face each other.</p>
