<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental handpiece which has a simple structure, is excellent in durability, and is suitably used for interdental cleaning or the like.SOLUTION: A dental handpiece 1 includes: a handpiece body 4 which incorporates an axial rotation drive transmission part 13; a distal end head part 2 which is continuously connected to a distal side of the handpiece body 4 and includes a head housing 20; and a tool holding member 19 which is internally packaged in the head housing 20 to be movable in a reciprocating manner in a direction perpendicular to an axial center L1 of the axial rotation drive transmission part 13 and has a hollow cylindrical shape for inserting and detachably holding a dental tool 5. A columnar cam part 16 which is eccentric with respect to the axial center L1 is provided at a distal end part of the axial rotation drive transmission part 13, and a concave groove 195 where the columnar cam part 16 can be fit and inserted is formed along a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral part of the tool holding member 19. A circular bearing 17 which can make relative sliding contact is externally packaged in the columnar cam part 16. The columnar cam part 16 is fit and inserted in the concave groove 195 with the bearing 17 externally packaged.</p> |
