The device has a spring elastic actuating member (11) pivoted with housing-mounted electric motor drive (10). The actuating member engages coupling members (1, 2) with actuating sections (12, 12', 13, 13') to a driving section (7) of a coupling pawl (5) to pivot the coupling pawl in a coupling or release position, where the coupling members are supported in a neutral rotational position of the coupling pawl. The driving section eccentrically drives the actuating member to the coupling pawl during release of rotation of the coupled coupling members from two of the actuating sections. |
