<p>The invention relates to the biomass processing equipment and can be used in zootechnics for biomass grinding and drying in the production of combined feeds.The device for grinding and aerodynamic drying of biomass comprises a body (1) in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, in the lower part of which is mounted a rotor (2) with hammers (6). In the upper and lower part of the rotor (2) are fixed two toothed plates (7, 8), the upper plate (8) is made perforated and is connected to two walls (18), which form with the body (1) a tunnel (20). In the upper part of the body (1) is made a crushed and dried biomass discharge hole, in which is installed a centrifugal classifier (14). In the lower part of the body (1), at the level of the rotor (2), is made a hole, to which are fixed a hot air supply pipeline (21) and a biomass supply pipeline, on which is fixed a sluice (10), equipped with knives (11) and countercuts (12).</p> |
