The present invention relates to a multifunctional wearable electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a wearable device including a biocompatible film which can be adhesive to a skin, and a flexible and ductile electronic device attached to the biocompatible film, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
