The present invention relates to mousse cake using rice cake, which comprises a rice cake base layer, and a mousse layer on the top of the rice cake base layer. According to the present invention, the mousse cake comprising the mousse layer as a topping placed on the rice cake base layer can provide various mouthfeels by eating rice cake and jelly together. In addition, the mousse topping has effects in delaying aging by inhibiting moisture evaporation of rice cake, and stimulating flavor with abundant colors and smells by using various ingredients. Accordingly, the cake is capable of increasing consumption of rice cake, and improving profits of farmers due to increase in rice consumption. The mousse cake using rice cake can be a food which is palatable to people of the world as well as domestic people. |
