PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and a program capable of promoting the use of a net supermarket according to a loading amount of a delivery service.SOLUTION: The information processing device sets an ordered commodity in which an order is accepted from a terminal device operated by a user, to an object to be delivered of a delivery service designated by the user. The information processing device includes: calculation means that calculates a surplus loading amount indicating an excess loading amount when the ordered commodity as the object to be delivered is loaded to the delivery service a predetermined time before a deadline time when a designated application of the delivery service is closed; and providing means that, when the surplus loading amount is equal to or greater than a threshold value, provides advertising information for encouraging designation of the delivery service for the terminal device operated by another user other than the user in which the order is accepted, the predetermined time before the deadline time. |
