<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve tracking processing which is high in accuracy, and excellent in safety.SOLUTION: A subject tracking device 100 includes: a path searching part 5e for, as for any one frame image among a plurality of frame images constituting a dynamic image, performing path search on a predetermined graph by a dynamic planning method by using a difference degree between a plurality of particles generated for each specific site of a subject and a corresponding region in frame images before any one frame image; a likelihood correction part 5f for correcting the likelihood of the plurality of particles of the specific site in any one frame image on the basis of the search result; and a tracking result specification part 5g for specifying the tracking result of each specific site of each of the plurality of frame images on the basis of the tracking result of the specific site of the final frame image after the correction of the likelihood of the plurality of particles of the specific site related to each of the frame images before the final frame image among the plurality of frame images.</p> |
