<p>The invention relates to a personalized footwear heel made for the purpose of reducing the medial-lateral component of the soil reaction for alleviating the feet and spine pains and to a process for making the same. According to the invention, the heel is made of a variable number of rubber layers, depending on the designed height, a layered heel lift made of two layers diagonally placed in relation to each another at an angle of 2° and a heel cap made of thermo-plastic rubber of a 5 mm thickness, the heel having a height in the range of 17...40 mm and a width in the rang of 55...60 mm. As claimed by the invention, the process consists in superposing the heels by gluing one above the other starting from the sole with the first heel lift followed by the layered lift made separately by gluing the two diagonal layers and by gluing the cap on the heel.</p> |
