<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing device for reducing the possibility that a trouble of the sterilizing device occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The sterilizing device 500 includes: a sterilization channel that is a channel for processed water, having an inner bottom face, and in which a portion of the inner bottom face forms a disinfectant region 116 that is a region to dispose a disinfectant; a groove 112G that is provided for the inner bottom face of the disinfection channel, a portion of the groove being provided in the disinfectant region; an introduction section that introduces the processed water to the groove; and a runoff section that lets the processed water out from the disinfection channel, the processed water overflowing from the groove and flowing in the disinfection channel flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
