<p>The present invention relates to a messenger service system for, even if a user changes a device or the number while using a messenger service, allowing the user to receive messenger service history on another device or a terminal with the different number which has been used by the user through user authentication, and integrating with the history information, and to a method and an apparatus for messenger service for voice calls in the system. The present invention allocates a unique key to each user who uses the messenger service, saves medium information available for user authentication by being mapped with the unique key, performs the user authentication by using the medium information mapped with the unique key when the device or the number is changed while the messenger service is used, and integrates with the previous service history according to the authentication result to provide the history information.</p> |
