1. A compound of formula (I) or a salt thereof:wherein
R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an optionally Ra-substituted C1-C6 alkyl group; A represents an optionally Ra-substituted C1-C8 alkyl group, an optionally Ra-substituted C2-C6 alkenyl group, an optionally Ra-substituted C2-C6 alkynyl group, an optionally Rb-substituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, an optionally Rb-substituted C6-C14 aromatic hydrocarbon group, an optionally Rb-substituted 4- to 10-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group, or an optionally Rb-substituted 4- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic group, or optionally forms a 4- to 10-membered unsaturated heterocyclic ring or a 4- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic ring together with R1 and a nitrogen atom bonded thereto, wherein the 4- to 10-membered unsaturated heterocyclic ring and the 4- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic ring are each optionally substituted by Rb; Ra represents a heavy hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, —C(═O)ORx, −C(═O)SRx, —C(═S)ORx, —N(Rx)(Ry), —NRxC(═O)Ry, —NRxSO2Ry, —NRxC(═O)ORy, —NRxC(═O)N(Ry)(Rz), —NRxSO2N(Ry)(Rz), —N(Rx)—ORy, ═NRx, ═N—ORx, —ORx, —OC(═O)Rx, —OC(═S)Rx, —OC(═O)ORx, —OC(═O)N(Rx)(Ry), —OC(═S)ORx, —SRx, —SO2Rx, —SO2N(Rx)(Ry), a C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a C6-C14 aromatic hydrocarbon group, a 4- to 10-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group, or a 4- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic group, wherein the C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, the C6-C14 aromatic hydrocarbon group, the 4- to 10-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group, and the 4- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic group are each independently optionally substituted by substituent(s) selected from the group consisting of a heavy hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group, an oxo group, an oxide group, an imino group, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 haloalkyl group, a C1-C6 deuterated alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxy group, a C2-C6 alkenyl group, and a C2-C6 alkynyl group; Rb represents a heavy hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, an oxo group, an oxide group, —C(═O)ORx, —C(═O)SRx, —C(═S)ORx, —N(Rx)(Ry), —NRxC(═O)Ry, —NRxSO2Ry, —NRxC(═O)ORy, —NRxC(═O)N(Ry)(Rx), —NRxSO2N(Ry)(Rx), —N(Rx)—ORy, ═NRx, ═N—ORx, —ORx, —OC(═O)Rx, —OC(═S)Rx, —OC(═O)ORx, —OC(═O)N(Rx)(Ry), —OC(═S)ORx, —SRx, —SO2Rx, —SO2N(Rx)(Ry), a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 haloalkyl group, a C1-C6 deuterated alkyl group, a C2-C6 alkenyl group, or a C2-C6 alkynyl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an optionally Ra-substituted C1-C6 alkyl group; B represents an optionally Rc-substituted unsaturated heterocyclic group, with the proviso that B is not a 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl group; Rc represents a heavy hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, an oxo group, an oxide group, —C(═O)Rx, —C(═O)ORx, —C(═O)N(Rx)(Ry), —C(═O)SRx, —C(═S)ORx, —N(Rx)(Ry), —NRxC(═O)Ry, —NRxSO2Ry, —NRxC(═O)ORy, —NRxC(═O)N(Ry)(Rz), —NRxSO2N(Ry)(Rz), —N(Rx)—ORy, ═NRx, ═N—ORx, —ORx, —OC(═O)Rx, —OC(═S)Rx, —OC(═O)ORx, —OC(═O)N(Rx)(Ry), —OC(═S)ORx, —SRx, —SO2Rx, —SO2N(Rx)(Ry), a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 haloalkyl group, a C1-C6 deuterated alkyl group, a C2-C6 alkenyl group, a C2-C6 alkynyl group, a C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a C6-C14 aromatic hydrocarbon group, a 4- to 10-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group, or a 4- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic group, wherein the C1-C6 alkyl group, the C1-C6 haloalkyl group, the C1-C6 deuterated alkyl group, the C2-C6 alkenyl group, and the C2-C6 alkynyl group are each independently optionally substituted by substituent(s) selected from the group consisting of a cyano group, a nitro group, —N(Rx)(Ry), and —ORx, and the C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, the C6-C14 aromatic hydrocarbon group, the 4- to 10-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group, and the 4- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic group are each independently optionally substituted by substituent(s) selected from the group consisting of Rd, an oxo group, an oxide group, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 haloalkyl group, a C1-C6 deuterated alkyl group, a C2-C6 alkenyl group, and a C2-C6 alkynyl group; Rd represents a heavy hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, —C(═O)Rx, —C(═O)ORx, —C(═O)N(Rx)(Ry), —C(═O)SRx, —C(═S)ORx, —C(═O)ON(Rx)(Ry), —N(Rx)(Ry), —NRxC(═O)Ry, —NRxSO2Ry, —NRxC(═O)ORy, —NRxC(═O)N(Ry)(Rz), —NRxSO2N(Ry)(Rz), —N(Rx)—ORy, ═NRx, ═N—ORx, —ORx, —OC(═O)Rx, —OC(═S)Rx, —OC(═O)ORx, —OC(═O)N(Rx)(Ry), —OC(═S)ORx, —SRx, —SO2Rx, or —SO2N(Rx)Ry); and Rx, Ry, and Rz are the same as or different from each other and each represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 haloalkyl group, a C1-C6 deuterated alkyl group, a C2-C6 alkenyl group, a C2-C6 alkynyl group, a C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a C6-C14 aromatic hydrocarbon group, a 4- to 10-membered unsaturated heterocyclic group, or a 4- to 10-membered saturated heterocyclic group. |
