The connector has a seal carrier (102) forming a fluid passage that is made of a first material and that includes a seal receiving portion (108) configured to receive at least one seal and a first coupling surface on an outer seal carrier surface. The connector also has an interconnect (104) with a passage configured to receive the seal carrier (102) that is made of a second material and includes a second coupling surface on an inner interconnect surface configured for coupling with the first coupling surface to connect the seal carrier (102) and the interconnect (104) and a third coupling surface on an outer interconnect surface.
